Delivery area: We currently deliver across the UAE (all Emirates). [International shipping is not available / Available to selected countries.]
Processing time: Orders are processed within [1-2 business days]. Orders placed after [2 PM GST] or on weekends and public holidays are processed the next working day.
Delivery time:
- Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: [1-2 business days]

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, peak seasons, or courier delays.
Shipping charges:
- Free shipping on orders above AED [150]
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across the UAE for an extra fee of AED [10]. Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery.
Order tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email/SMS/WhatsApp.
Delivery attempts: Our courier will contact you before delivery. If you are unavailable after [2-3] attempts, the order may be returned to us and a re-delivery fee may apply.
Incorrect address: Please enter your full address and a working phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
